Primary Care Services/Well Women’s & Men’s Health

Our primary care services are delivered by a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with medical oversight and focus on whole-person health. We provide routine and preventive care for adults, including:

• Screenings and preventive care (e.g., blood pressure, diabetes screening)

• Age-related health monitoring and counseling

• Well Woman’s health services such as routine exams, screening recommendations, and health guidance appropriate for women’s health needs

• Well Men’s health services including screening and counseling tailored to male health concerns

These services emphasize early detection, meaningful patient education, and care coordination to support healthy aging and disease prevention.

Medical Weight Loss

Our medical weight loss program offers personalized care that supports safe, sustainable weight management under clinical supervision. IV Therapy & Vitamin Shots (Available after consultation)

IV therapy and vitamin shots are wellness services designed to support hydration, nutritional balance, and overall well-being. These services are provided following a clinical consultation to review individual health history, current medications, and wellness goals to determine appropriateness.

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream for efficient absorption and hydration support.
Vitamin shots are intramuscular injections that provide select vitamins and nutrients delivered into the muscle for gradual systemic absorption.

All IV therapy and vitamin shots are administered by a licensed healthcare provider under medical oversight. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Zero-Gravity Massage Chair

Our zero-gravity massage chair offers a relaxation focused wellness experience that helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support stress reduction. By placing the body in a reclined position that mimics weightlessness, the chair distributes body weight evenly, reducing strain and enhancing comfort while delivering therapeutic massage features.
